With stronger awareness, our communication improves
As our meditation becomes stronger over time, it helps us become more mindful in our communication. In one lecture, Dr. Newton Kondaveti mentioned that if we lose our temper, we should meditate for 40 minutes immediately (if we can). This brings awareness to anger. Over time, as awareness becomes stronger, we start becoming more aware of the impact of our words on others. Keep Meditating
