Focus on what matters more

 


The mind goes into the direction it finds easiest to go towards. Even if the direction is unimportant or even a distraction. This is because focusing on important things can be difficult due to past trauma. With self-compassion, it becomes easier to maintain focus on what matters more and will actually make our lives better. 

With meditation, gradually we become more compassionate and our overall focus shifts to the more important things in life.
