Meditation will help us to change ourselves


Sometimes we think, "I wish people would listen to me. I always have their best interest in my heart. Many times, whatever I say turns out to be correct. I wish I could do something about it".

We can draw an analogy with a a field in a drought-hit area? The field is cracked everywhere, with no plants or grass. But when water starts filling the field, green grass and small plants slowly start growing everywhere. 

In the same way, we can fill ourselves with benevolent thoughts, people around us feel safe and benefit from our calmness and benevolence. Meditation can help us become more kind. When we change, the world around us starts to reflect this.
