When we enter the house we live in and walk across to our favourite corner. We pass by many things. Some people notice them, whereas for others, it just runs like a moving screen. Be A Meditator- Let inhalation and exhalation happen naturally during meditation
Many a time we think. "Am I observing my breath in the right way? Why is my mind wavering during meditation? How do I focus on my breath?" The revered gurus say, "Do not try to stop yourself from thinking. Just practice concentrating on your breath." Of all the automatic processes our body does, only a few are controllable. Breathing is one of them. We can both observe ourselves breathing and also control our breath. This enables a wonderful opportunity for the strengthening of the body-mind connection.
