Meditation is an instrument in fulfilling our dreams

 All of us have dreams in our lives. Some want to achieve wealth, good health, fame, and love. Some have dreams of climbing Mount Everest, going around the world, making new records, become top scientists or entrepreneurs. there are others who want to help the needy and poor. Also, some want to overcome their own fears. Dreams have no limits.                                                                                        Let us keep our dreams alive, opportunities do come, sometimes in spates. Reaching or availing of these opportunities requires faith and belief in yourself, vision, hard work, determination and dedication.
