In awareness Be A Meditator Calmness Meditate with us Meditational Experience Moment Silence Universe

Before any moment, let there be a moment of Meditation

We often think that I wish I had taken a moment off and meditated for a while. In this noisy, restless, bewildering age, there is a great need for quietness of spirit. Silence has immense power to make you feel calm and grounded. Through meditation, you silence your mind and let the soul take control of the moment. There are many benefits of practising meditation. It helps us to get started on a positive note by clearing our minds of all negative emotions and thoughts.                                                                                                                                      Keep Meditating

In awareness Be A Meditator brave inner light light meditate everyday Meditate with us Meditational Experience Universe

There is always light. If we are brave to see it.

It can sometimes feel that the darkness of feeling and despair will never end. There is always light, and you have the power to bring light from darkness. Look at the darkness from a positive angle. It provides an opportunity to rise and face the challenges of tomorrow. Be brave, take a plunge, or take a flight to explore the darkness. In darkness, we will discover the infinite power of our light. Meditate to bring the light, and darkness will disappear.                                                                                                                                                                                   Keep Meditating

Meditation Under A Tree

Most of us have a strong longing and need for peace in the body, mind, and heart. When we sit in the lap of Grandmother Tree. She is ready to receive us and offer rest and peace.                                                           Trees symbolise wisdom, stability, shelter, growth and the process of renewal. Trees set a beautiful example of gracefully weathering different seasons, including strong wind, heavy rain, frost, extreme heat and drought.  When we meditate under A tree, all these qualities are imbibed in us unknowingly.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Keep Meditating

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar- Spiritual Leader

Science and spirituality are linked and compatible, both springing from the urge to know. The question     " Who am I? " leads to spirituality, the question" What is this? " leads to science.                                                                        Says spiritual leader SRI SRI RAVI SHANKAR.                                                       Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, was born on 13 May 1956 in Papanasam ( Tamil Nadu) to Vishalakshi and R S Venkat Ratnam. He did his graduation in science from St Joseph College of Bengaluru. After graduation, he travelled with his teacher Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, giving talks, arranging conferences on Vedic science, and setting up Transcendental Meditation and Ayurveda centres. Meditation is an integral part of all spiritual activities.                                                                                                                                                                                                        Keep Meditating
