Meditation Under A Tree

Most of us have a strong longing and need for peace in the body, mind, and heart. When we sit in the lap of Grandmother Tree. She is ready to receive us and offer rest and peace.                                                           Trees symbolise wisdom, stability, shelter, growth and the process of renewal. Trees set a beautiful example of gracefully weathering different seasons, including strong wind, heavy rain, frost, extreme heat and drought.  When we meditate under A tree, all these qualities are imbibed in us unknowingly.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Keep Meditating

Science and spirituality are linked and compatible, both springing from the urge to know. The question     " Who am I? " leads to spirituality, the question" What is this? " leads to science.                                                                        Says spiritual leader SRI SRI RAVI SHANKAR.                                                       Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, was born on 13 May 1956 in Papanasam ( Tamil Nadu) to Vishalakshi and R S Venkat Ratnam. He did his graduation in science from St Joseph College of Bengaluru. After graduation, he travelled with his teacher Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, giving talks, arranging conferences on Vedic science, and setting up Transcendental Meditation and Ayurveda centres. Meditation is an integral part of all spiritual activities.                                                                                                                                                                                                        Keep Meditating

In awareness Be A Meditator Direction meditate everyday Meditate with us Meditational Experience Mind reveal Stillness Universe

Stillness of mind reveals the direction meant for us

Did you ever think that we know what we need to do to achieve our goals? Yet we often fail to take action that aligns with our goals. The reason lies in the clarity of thoughts. When our minds are cluttered with distractions, doubts, and fears. It becomes difficult to focus on what truly matters. Instead, our minds are constantly buzzing with thoughts, often jumping from one to another in rapid succession. Imagine a single thought as a tiny spark that ignites a chain reaction of hundreds of thoughts. Hence, we get caught up in overthinking and go on a tangent. Then what do we do? Most of the time, stillness of mind reveals the direction meant for us. There are many techniques to calm your mind. Meditation is one of them.  Meditate sincerely and regularly.                                                                                                                                                                                     Keep Meditating

In awareness Be A Meditator deepest Lantern Love meditate everyday Meditate with us Meditational Experience Ocean Truth Universe water

When love holds the lantern, even the deepest water reveal their truth

One day in the midst of a cold, dark night, I woke up and started looking for my scarf in complete darkness. My hands were moving here and there, but to no avail. Then my son switched on the lights. And everything becomes clearer in the room. Pursuit ends faster and in the right direction with a guiding light.. In the infographic, the treasure in the deep sea symbolises hidden, complex emotions or subconscious truth. A lantern shown by a loved one or guru symbolises a guiding light to navigate in darkness. Meditation is the simplest lantern of love, which illuminates what is there. The acceptance of truth brings peace, as we allow life to unfold naturally.                                                                                                                                                                               Keep Meditating

In awareness Be A Meditator Enhance Magnet meditate everyday Meditate with us Meditational Experience spirituality Universe

Meditation Turns us into a magnet.

'Meditation turns us into a magnet', strange !! When we try to interpret this concept. It suggests that regular meditation can enhance our ability to attract desired outcomes, experiences or even people into our lives. Spiritually, the idea is often linked with the belief that meditation can align our energy with our intentions and activate the frequency that makes us a magnet for our deepest desire and connect with the universe.                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Keep Meditating                                          Write up by-- Neera

In the stillness of being, you meet the truth of who you are

It is said, "In the stillness of being, you meet the truth of who you are".

The truth of who we are !! Is it our physical body? No, there is more beyond our physical body. Our wants, needs, fears, desires and everything we do serve to create our present. This is one aspect of us. The truth about oneself involves a deep understanding and honest assessment, encompassing our thoughts, feelings, actions and values. It is a journey of introspection and self-awareness. Accept what we are. Continue growing with regular practice of meditation.                                                                                                                                                     Keep Meditating

In Awareness Universe Be A Meditator inner voice light meditate everyday Meditate with us Meditational Experience

Follow your inner voice, It always leads to light.

"Inner voice" is often referred to as the deep, intuitive inner guidance that comes from one's true self. It is often described as a gentle feeling or knowing that arises without conscious reasoning. Then comes the question of how to differentiate between the inner voice and the voice of the rational mind. The voice of the mind and thoughts is often analytical and may arise from emotions, which can be fleeting and reactive. Why should we follow our inner voice? From my experience, the inner voice is always correct. Inner voice, for its true value, helps us in strengthening our belief system. Inner voice serves as moral GPS. It guides, it helps in making decisions. One technique that can help us in recognising the inner voice is regular and sincere meditation.                                                                                                                                                                                        Keep Meditating
