Meditate to respond calmly to anger


What is the combined formula for action, reactions and emotions of life? It is said life is 10 percent of what happens to us and 90 percent of how we react to it. When we respond calmly to anger, we are living life at 90%. We can see through, why that person is getting angry. We can eliminate the root cause of anger and help him live a happier life.
 Responding calmly to anger is a beautiful way to understand life. Meditate to respond calmly.

King, warrior, sage, artisan, server, scholar and priest.
 It is with the soul that we grasp the essence of another human being. Breath is the great gateway for understanding the essence of the soul.

Are there some moments, when one feels like resenting, shouting or wailing? Everyone does, at some or other time. All of us have some or other problem. At times these problems might have been triggered by someone else's miscalculation. We might get some relief by complaining or blaming. Also if we are at fault, then we might try to cover it by pretending that everything is fine. These are negative acts. How do we resolve these negativities?
 By, practising the simplest form of meditation, Ana Pana Sati, " breathe in breathe out and be one with it" we will be able to resolve these negativities and stabilize our minds easily.

Meditation helps us understand the other side of life


 When someone takes undue advantage of us. People say ' pichchhale janam ka kuchchh lena dena hoga' There must be some dues from our past life.  For centuries people have been fascinated by after life and before life. We also wonder what happens to us after death. I suppose the body disintegrates into five ingredients. ' chhiti, jal, pavak, gagan, sameera' ( earth, water, fire, space, and air). Now, what is this part of us which goes to space? probably that is what is called soul?
Meditation gives us a glimpse of death. It helps us understand what it is like on the other side.

I wish I could work for hours and hours and not get tired. I wish my judgments were always right.
Easy to wish than to achieve. I went through so many books on how to be successful or more effective in my dealings. I heard and watched a lot of lectures. All that knowledge is stored in mind or pasted on my frig door as reminders. But it seems there is something more than reading and listening to lectures.
 What is it? It is wisdom over knowledge. Wisdom is seeing through things and taking the right path. Wisdom comes from living experience. Wisdom lingers. Is there something that can help in increasing energy and enhance my wisdom? Meditation opens a channel to the reservoir of all energy and infinite wisdom.

Meditational Terminology


 Like any other subject, meditation too has its terminology. I  will infograph and write terminology used for Chakras.
The Terminology of Chakras
There are seven chakras in our body. After reading this sentence, the first thought that crosses our mind is, What are these chakras? Where are they?
In our body, we can see the heart, lungs, liver, kidney, stomach, intestine, etc. But we can not see physically these chakras. They are something like sound, electricity, radiowaves or microwaves. We can not see these radiations, but we can see its effect when switched on.
 Similarly, chakras are the centers of energy, which draw and emit energy from the universe. All the chakras have different frequencies. When awakened they show respective effects.
Seven Chakras from bottom to the top of our body are --Muladhara,  Swadhisthana, Manipura, Anahata, Vishuddha, Ajana, and topmost Sahasrara. Meditation helps in awakening these Chakras.

 Sometimes we hear remarks like " My life is my life, I can think whatever I want." Yes, everyone is free to think about whatever he/she wants. Then my question is why the same boss reacts differently with different people? What makes them different? I suppose it is the thought process going on in everyone's mind.
 We generally talk about two types of thoughts. Positive thoughts and negative thoughts. Negative thoughts and emotions can distort our perspective and damage self-esteem. Whereas positive thoughts make us think that we can get through anything. Positivity symbolizes joy, interest, contentment, and love. Joy- sparks the urge to play. Interest sparks the urge to integrate, love sparks safe and close relationship. Then what do we do? Meditate to fill your heart with positivity.

Have you heard of fish rain? It usually occurs when swirling whirlwind over shallow water develops. It carries marine life to long distance. The fish swimming in shallow water get washed away. But the fish which stay deep inside the sea are not affected by extreme conditions. Similarly, a person who is connected with his inner self is not affected by the outer world. meditate to connect with your inner self.
