For example, when someone has remarked, " that you are not good enough" we feel low, but another day, when we get positive feedback, we are happy. Can someone's remark affect us? Can an external factor generate a feeling that can snatch our natural self? Yes, for quite a few of us. Watch your feelings as though they are the waves created by a passing by boat. But if you are thinking about something else, then it is difficult to live and enjoy the present moment. Living in the present moment means letting go of the past. Living your life consciously, aware of each moment. Awareness can be strengthened with the help of meditation.
