Imagine a situation. A football match is going on, and the goalkeeper is all set in the middle of the goalpost to save the goal. And then suddenly the ball just goes past him. A shout from the spectators 'goal !' and from the other end, oh no! as no one expected him to miss the ball. What might have happened? Was he thinking about the previous match or the next league match that was forthcoming, something else? We need to train our minds not to indulge in the past or future, just be present in the now moment. Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- The most important moment is now
Did you ever hear a trapeze artist saying 'Now'? No, but when they are in action, now is the most important time. It's now or never. The most important person is the person who left the trapeze to be caught by the other artist. We seldom experience regret for anything that we have done. It is generally what we haven't done (missed opportunity) that torments us. So let's 'live' in the present moment wisely and earnestly. Keep Meditating

Watch your feelings as though they are waves created by passing boat
We all have observed that our feelings, like sadness, anger, excitement or loneliness, directly affect our daily life. Some days when we get up in the morning, we feel low and aimless, on another day, when we have a goal, we feel excited about it. For example, when someone has remarked, " that you are not good enough" we feel low, but another day, when we get positive feedback, we are happy. Can someone's remark affect us? Can an external factor generate a feeling that can snatch our natural self? Yes, for quite a few of us. Watch your feelings as though they are the waves created by a passing by boat. How do we achieve this state? Meditation is one way to help us learn to be more aware and accepting of our emotions. Dealing effectively with emotions is a key leadership skill." Keep Meditating

Be A meditator- Be in the present moment, Be prepared
This infographic shows Bruce Lee in action, while his opponent is caught off guard and thrown off. Who wins? The one who has prepared himself and waits to catch the opponent unprepared. The unprepared mind can not even see the outstretched hand of opportunity. Sometimes one may have luck, but to put your whole mind into present action, besides preparing with regular meditation, meditate for a fraction of a second before getting into action. Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Meditate to become a champion with deep awareness
At heart, everyone wants to be a champion in their own field. Don't we? Who are the champions? How can meditation help us become champions? Champions have patience and can visualise their victory through thick and thin. A champion practices, plans, and prepares for the big moment. Meditation can help us develop a sense of deep awareness. Practice meditation every day. Keep Meditating
When everything appears to be fine in the present moment. Then why are some people still suffering? Maybe it is the memory of the past that makes us suffer now. Like, " why did I use those words? It wasn't necessary. I could have helped mom when she was feeling weak, or I could have shouldered some responsibilities with father in times of need." Yes, that's what makes us suffer now. Okay, can we go back in time? Can we undo those incidents ?-----.
Meditation can lead us to the present. Leave those memories behind like photographs in an ocean of yesterday.
Sail to the present moment on the boat of meditation. Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Meditation can turn the emotions of anger into a great success
Anger is a much-talked-about human emotion. If it is bottled up then it can consume our love, rationality, and emotional and physical health. if we direct the heat of anger towards others, it destroys everything in the path of friendships, work relationships, marriage, and family.
Physiologically, anger includes a two-stage jolt. The first stage is the surge of Adrenaline, which lasts for a few minutes but energises the body for immediate action. (fight or Flight)
The second surge of Catecholamines lasts longer, from a few hours to days. This is what can be used by sportspersons, mountaineers, divers, and army personnel or any individual to convert their actions into great success. So long as we control the anger we feel and don't let it control us, success is around the corner. Meditation can turn the emotions of anger into a great success. Keep Meditating

There is a time and place for every action
You might have come across people listening or watching something on their mobile phones and doing other things with their hands. Multitasking is the art of messing up several things at the same time. Multi-tasking stimulates the illusion of productivity while stealing your focus. Distraction leads to poor choices, painful mistakes and unnecessary stress. Meditation can enhance your ability to be in the present moment. KeepMeditating

Meditation advances knowledge. Sometimes when we are solving a problem, after a few attempts, we realise that every time we are tracing the same route and stop at the same point. Be A Meditator- Focus on the solution and not on the problem
Problems! Did you ever face problems in life?
Everyone faces a problem at some or other point in their life. Some people find solutions quickly, whereas for some people, problems never end. As they try to solve the problem, it starts getting more complicated. Maybe we are trying to eliminate the causes of the problem and not working on solutions. Like, we cannot stop the rain. If we need to go out while it's raining, then the solution is to take an umbrella or a raincoat. Meditation helps us to focus on solutions and not on problems. Keep meditating
