The ego is considered to exist in the head. If we focus on the process of breathing. When we exhale, space is created within. At that moment, we should close our eyes and enter within, and then when we inhale air (oxygen), energy is created. Imagine that this energy is burning the body. Diving deep into our breath can be as adventurous as diving deep into the sea. Diving deep into the sea takes us to the world of corals, seaweeds, frilled sharks, glowing, colourful fish, and so many other rare and amazing species. Whenever we are stepping into an unknown field. There are many ifs and buts. If the mind is filled with chaos, it is very difficult for answers to come. When the mind is still, the answers will come pouring in. But stillness, like happiness, is not an innate characteristic, but a skill that can be learnt and reinforced through habit and repetition. Are you so busy in your home, children, family, office, job, business and studies that you don't get time for Meditation? In the midst of all this, some of us squeeze in time for meditation. Set alarm (10,20,30) minutes. Meditate in a corner of the house. The moment the alarm goes, we rush to our next job, and then we think, Why am I not getting results.
If you are not getting results, then maybe you can try mass meditation. Meditating alone and meditating in a group make a significant difference. It's like a performance by one stick and a full broom. Mass meditation brings mass consciousness. Everyone agrees with the activities that follow. Everyone enjoys.
